Our loan signing fees range from $150 to $500+, depending on the loan type and complexity.

Real Estate Document Signings

• Seller Package: $150

• Buyer Package: $250

• Refinance: $175 – $225

• Reverse Mortgage: $250 – $300

• HELOC: $250 – $300

• Home Loan Modification: $125

• Commercial Loan: $500+ (includes two signers; +$175 per additional signer)

 

Additional Fees

• Witness Fee: $25 per witness

• Save $25 when signings are completed at our office

The Loan Signing Service Fee includes one (1) executed copy of the loan packet.
Additional costs may apply for:

• Extra copies of the loan package

NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES

Our Notary Public Services provide reliable and professional notarization for a wide range of personal, business, and legal documents. Each signing is handled with accuracy, integrity, and the highest level of professionalism.

Important Requirements

• Documents must be fully completed before notarization.

• The signer must be physically present before the Notary to sign the document and/or take an oath.

• Fee: $10 per notarial stamp.

• Booking & Physical Inspection (at our location): $45 per vehicle

• Notary Certification of Form HSMV 82042: $30 per form

• Total Booking Fee (at our location): $65 per vehicle

• Mobile VIN Verification: $65 per vehicle plus travel fee (based on distance)
